Role Description
  • Capturing of bills
  • Invoicing based on quotations and job cards
  • filing of invoices and other documents. 
  • preparation of remittances for month end payments. 
  • emailing statements to debtors
  • follow up on debtors for payments. 
  • answering calls at reception
  • Reconciliation


  • Performance Bonus

Work Hours
  • Monday - Friday: 7:45am to 5:15pm

R7,500 pm Basic + Benefits
