Commis Chef / Food preparation trainer in Rosebank

Specialty quick service African Origin Coffee Company. We serve coffee and related drinks at the highest barisat standard, using African origin coffees, and provide a focused menu of freshly prepared cafe food.

Role Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the training and oversite of food crafters across a micro-chain of specialty coffee shops. The menu is focused and simple, based on cafe classics specifically in the breakfast and brunch category. Food quality, freshness, consistency of product, preparation expertise and hygiene is what the candidate is responsible for. The candidate will work with the development team on new products and seasonal menus.

  • Monday - Friday: 7:00am to 3:00pm
  • Saturdays: 8:00am to 2:00pm

R10,000 pm Basic + Benefits
