Customer Service Specialist in Johannesburg

We have over 13 years experience in device repair, with stores nationwide. We’re born fixers. We fix phones, tablets, smartwatches, Macs and things in-between. Responsibilities
  • Greet and direct our customers in a optimistic, friendly and professional manner
  • Assist with client requests and inquiries
  • Engage with our customers to ensure a seamless Customer Journey
  • Client Communication (quotes, job status updates etc)
  • Driving sales and selling company products/accessories and services

Work Hours
  • Monday - Friday: 8:00am to 7:00pm
  • Saturdays: 8:00am to 6:00pm
  • Sundays: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Salary
R5,000 pm Basic + Comm + Benefits
