Role Description


  • Answering telephone and assisting with various administrative duties
  • The applicant needs to have excellent written and verbal English and Afrikaans skills 
  • Fluent in Windows and Excel software 
  • Have good people skills 
  • Must have own transport available 
  • Ability to work in a team environment 
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and software 
  • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills 
  • High standards for customer service

Work Hours

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00am to 4:30pm
