- Ensuring adherence to the forecasted schedules provided by the client
- Staffing and scheduling would need to be managed in line with the requirements of the forecasts
- Work and manage night shift contact centre environment is a mandatory requirement
- Creating daily capacity planning and aligning leave management
- Daily coordination with the WFM team in order to effectively adjust required schedules and report out the capacity utilisation
- Creating mitigation plans for capacity risks

- Monday - Friday: 10:00pm to 2:00pm
- Saturdays: 10:00pm to 2:00pm
- Sundays: 10:00pm to 2:00pm
