New Business Development Consultant in Hyde Park

Nomad Now is a market-changing digital recruitment platform for the hiring of Professional Independent Contractors, Consultants, Freelancers & Candidates. It serves both the on-demand and permanent workforce.

Responsibilities
  • Creating and training super-users at Clients – ensure adoption of the platform
  • Closing deals i.e.: Sales
  • Ensuring that Clients place Orders on the platform
  • Develop & Maintain successful relationships with senior contacts at clients
  • Researching potential client targets and approaching to set up meetings and demo's. Duties include:
  • Identify new leads / clients and potential new markets, learning who makes decisions about procurement and HR • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings • Attending meetings, and industry events
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments and features on the platform Developing quotes and proposals
  • Negotiating sales / deals
  • Achieving sales goals as set out by the COO
  • Engaging with freelancers and clients queries on the site in real-time
  • Providing feedback from clients on what is and is not working
  • Ongoing testing and suggestions for improvement to the Platform
  • You would have to immerse yourself in the features of the Platform, become a super-user and mentor to Clients on usage
  • Own transport essential
  • Identifying new Clients (Employers/Hirers)
  • Presenting Nomad Now to Senior Recruitment staff at potential clients

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Salary
R17,500 pm Basic + Comm + Benefits
