Sales Administrator in Cape Town

The MWEB Human Resources division in Cape Town currently has a vacancy for a HR Intern reporting to the HR Manager. The incumbent will be accountable for assisting the team in various HR Functions including but not limited to Recruitment and Selection; Organisational Development; Remuneration & Benefits; Administration & Reporting and Employee/Industrial Relations related activities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Membership Sales Call Centre Team, to meet minimum performance deliverable,Assist in the distribution, correlation and management of applications, faxes and e-mails in relations to the Sales Management process.,Manage administrative processes with regards to hardware distribution to MWEB clients.,Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers,Maintain relationship with external customers who form part of the administrative function and meet Service Level Agreements with external customers.
